*These groups are educational, wellness focused, and not formal mental/physical health care. You will not be given any health care advice. Rather, you will be supported in arriving at your own answers and solutions to your lived experience. The group is non-analytical, non-diagnostic, non-pathologizing, and does not involve advice-giving. The group does involve sharing about yourself and your experiences. The group process and the skills engage with the depth of who you are and how you experience life and the world around you. The skills can and do bring up emotions. Emotions are natural and we each have different comfort levels with them and the bodily sensations that accompany them. All sharing is unforced/self-selected. If you are in need of formal health care or are unsure if the group is right for your needs, please reach out, and/or process the idea with your professional caregivers.
